Technology

Machining

We employ the latest robot technology in our manufacturing system in order to give us an edge in high quality production with an eye on being a very competitive player on the global stage. Moreover, we will manufacture in various lot sizes from small to large.

Welding

Our long history in high quality welding technology has been further enhanced by our installation of robots.
We are capable of synchronized manufacturing complicated shapes with our robotic 5-axis positioners and 6-axis welding robots.

Assembling

Our assembly line is integrated from washing to assembly to function testing in order to satisfy our customer's every request.
Also we can arrange to manufacture for various and small lot size products.
Additionally we develop own design for meeting the requirement from customer. (We have already some own designs.)

Measuring

We have precision measuring equipments for meeting from customer requirements with micron level.
We provide accurate products to customer by our correct quality control.

Painting

We are capable of all-purpose painting of small lot products to robotic painting of mass produced products.
